The living room is large and sunny and has a great view of Arthur's Seat. It has 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with all conveniences including fridge / freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.

The bathroom has been completely refitted with bath / shower, washbasin and wc and there is unlimited hot water.

The flat is centrally heated throughout and there is plenty of cupboard / storage space. Ironing facilities, bedlinen and towels are all provided and all utilities are included.

Broadband / WiFi is available free of charge.

Please note that there is a surcharge of £20 per night for 6 or 7 occupants.
